Very deep, fresh and alluring. Lots of ripe fruit. Easy, round and relatively fresh lively. Well put together but very slightly short. (cask sample) (JR)

Medium red, not especially dark for a Mortet wine. Raspberry, leather and game aromas. Sweet, supple and rather suave in texture, with a gamey quality in the mouth. Fairly low in acidity. Finishes with strong roast coffee and mocha notes from the wood.
