Tasting notes
Early drinking, round, soft textured, medium-bodied, open charmer with a core of red fruits, coffee bean and earthy, leafy nuances. This is already quite easy to enjoy.

The 2015 Tour du Haut Moulin offers plush raspberry and cranberry scents on the nose, quite floral compared to its Haut-Médoc peers. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly hard tannin. It feels a little rigid in the mouth at the moment, quite linear and pinched on the finish. Maybe it just needs a few months in bottle? Tasted at the Oenoconseil tasting room in Bordeaux.
Suave, dark plums and blackberries with hints of mocha and warm baking spices. The palate has a vivid bright supple core of ripe, spiced plums and mocha to close. Mid-weight but has some chew. Try from 2021.
Notes of mulberries, underbrush, and flowers emerge from the 2015 Château Tour Du Haut Moulin and it’s a soft, forward, plump effort geared for near-term drinking.
