Tasting notes
Always sold later than the red, the 2014 Viñas de Gaín Blanco is similarly a blend from different vineyards in Laguardia and Elvillar. It was partly fermented in oak for some 30 days and aged in stainless steel with lees for 24 months. It has very little influence from the élevage and is quite fruit-driven, with a lightish palate. It's quite straightforward, pleasant and easy to drink. This is a selection of the white grapes in the old vineyards. 6,000 bottles.
