Score 91-93/100 · Drink 2023-2035, Neal Martin, Dec 2020
The 2019 Corton-Rognet Grand Cru was showing some reduction on the nose, although one can peer through and see plenty of brambly red fruit, orange peel and earthy aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins. This is an elegant and refined Corton-Rognet that fans out nicely on the finish. Quite approachable; you could broach this 2–3 years from bottling.
