Score 85/100 · Drink 2016-2022, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Mar 2017
Tasted at Château Rauzan-Gassies. The 2013 Bel-Orme Tronquoy de Lalande, which was not bottled yet, is clearly missing the fruit concentration on the nose vis-a-vis the 2011 and 2012. It has quite a sharp entry, tart red fruit, a little grainy in texture with a dash of white pepper on the short finish. It's not a bad 2013 - perhaps better than you would expect. However, it remains a short-term proposition. Tasted June 2015.

About the producer

Rauzan Gassies
The Quié family purchased Pauillac Fifth Growth Ch. Croizet-Bages in 1942, adding Rauzan-Gassies four years later. Once part of the same estate as the neighbouring Rauzan-Ségla, this Margaux property was split off in time for the 1855 Classification, earning Second Growth status.
