Tasting notes
A blend of fruit from Nuits-St-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny and the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. 100% destemmed. Mid-pale ruby. Floral with sweet red fruits on the nose. High acidity. A touch of green but nice enough. (MH)

Juicy and smoothly, sweetly fruity. This has a certain beaujolais-like build with its fine acidity. Good fun for early drinking but with sufficient structure to develop further. (JR)
The 2021 Bourgogne Grand Chaillots is a mix of climats including declassified Hautes-Côte since 2020, with no pigeage conducted during maceration. The bouquet is quite forward and overtly floral with pressed violets that threaten to obscure terroir expression. The palate is medium-bodied with a smooth entry, velvety texture with orange zest surfacing on the sweet finish. Should be delicious once bottled.
