The 2021 Bourgogne Blanc "Terre de Famille" has quite a reduced nose, with touches of dried honey and beeswax. The palate is quite pithy in style, that dried honey note returning with pineapple and mango. It oddly feels like a mature white, and it makes me wonder how it will show once bottled.
