Tasting notes
From a 10-cl ecoSIP pouch. Transparent, shaded ruby. Colourless rim. Just a little severe but the fruit is absolutely sincere and it's already drinking well. (JR)

Tasted from a 10-cl mini sample pack. Silky cranberry fruit with a bright ping of orange rose hip, fragrance of dried orange peel and delicate earthiness of goji berry. There is gentle sweetness and pooling clarity, undisturbed by the very fine, thyme-scented, thyme-bitter tannins. GV (TC)
From a 1-ha plot on mixed gravel, clay and limestone. Cask sample. Pale ruby. Riper, sweeter fruit than the St-Romain. Fresh and very Savigny. (MH)
