Tasting notes
Translucent yellow. An exotically perfumed bouquet displays scents of pear and peach nectar, tangerine and candied ginger; fennel, vanilla and smoky lees notes build in the glass. Sappy, penetrating and vibrant on the palate, showing superb depth to the intense, sharply delineated orchard and citrus fruit flavors. Clings impressively on the incisive finish, leaving toasty lees, pear and mineral notes behind.

Roasted hazelnut smoke-infused nose. Quite a fleshy palate with ripe stone fruits and a cashew-nut note on the salty long finish – has real concentration and energy. (AC)
