Tasting notes
Most wines from 2021 felt very young, a little closed and perhaps a little reductive too, like the 2021 Les Tosses. The wine has moderate ripeness and alcohol at 13.5% and has a medium-bodied palate with very fine tannins. It's still young and undeveloped. 3,208 bottles produced.

The 2021 Les Tosses is 100% Cariñena from old vines in Torraja del Priorat, fermented and aged for eight months in concrete vats. Garnet in hue, its sun-kissed nose reveals tomato marmalade, pomegranate and cola notes. Lean and silky, the palate is faintly concentrated with heightened acidity, leading to a lasting finish. Crafted in a taut, lean style, this nuanced, light red contrasts the scorching sun of Priorat.
