Score 89-91/100 · Drink 2024-2038, Neal Martin, Dec 2021
The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet Les Levrons has a slightly richer bouquet than other cuvées due to the deep clay soils in this climat. Honeysuckle comingles with orange blossom, a little rosewater with time. The palate is waxy in texture on the entry. Fine acidity here, becoming more citrus-driven towards the finish, though it needs a little more sustain on the aftertaste to really make an impressive. That may well develop during the remainder of its élevage.
