The 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Cuvée 26 includes the declassified fruit from Les Etelois, Les Cazetiers and Estournelles St-Jacques. It has quite a punchy nose with dark cherries, raspberry, bergamot and crushed stone. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, very harmonious, gentle grip with ample substance combined with elegance on the finish. This will be well worth seeking out although there are only two barrels made.

Uniting Etelois, Estournelles Saint-Jacques and Cazetiers, there are two barrels of the 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Cuvée 26, a lovely wine that soars from the glass with scents of raspberries, plums, Indian spices and sweet loamy soil. Medium to full-bodied, ample and seamless, it's deep and vibrant, with powdery tannins, lively acids and a long, mouthwatering finish.
