AP number 08 21. Certified organic. Much more closed on the nose than the Gaispfad, giving almost nothing away, though there's a light stony/smoky mineral quality as it breathes in the glass. This is more obvious on the palate, with grapefruit-citrus behind it. Deep and sour-fresh on the finish. (JH)
