Score 93/100 · Drink 2019-2025, Josh Raynolds, Aug 2019
Limpid orange-pink. A suave, deeply perfumed nose displays oak-spiced tangerine, raspberry and floral qualities, and a smoky nuance emerges as the wine opens up. Silky, concentrated and expansive on the palate, offering powerful red berry, peach, honeysuckle and citrus fruit flavors that pick up a subtle vanilla accent on the back half. Rich but lively as well, delivering superb finishing energy and floral-driven persistence. Fermented and aged in new and used demi-muids for 10 months.
