The 2020 Bourgogne Rouge has just been racked from barrel and contains 25% whole cluster. It has quite a precocious but well-defined bouquet with red cherries and strawberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fleshy tannins, fine acidity with a saline finish. Fine. Closure: Diam
