Aromas of crisp yellow orchard fruit, almonds, white flowers and beeswax preface the 2019 Chablis Village, a medium to full-bodied, rich and satiny wine that's concentrated and flavorful, concluding with a saline finish.

The 2019 Chablis Village has a malic, Granny Smith apple and dewy meadow nose, more reminiscent of a cooler growing season like 2017. The palate is brisk and breezy on the entry, presenting notes of freshly sliced pear and gooseberry and a touch of black pepper; later, menthol surfaces toward the finish, which is more complex than expected. This is a very well-crafted Chablis Village and a testament to Marc Cameron’s skill as a winemaker.
