100% Albariño. A blend of eight vineyards on slopes bordering the Tea and Miño Rivers. Fermentation in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16 °C with indigenous yeast. The wine rests on its fine lees for a minimum of 6 months. Fillaboa belongs to the association Grandes Pagos de España. Textbook Albariño. Fresh, with aromas of white and stone fruits, and hints of cut grass. Zesty acidity, with a fluid and crunchy texture. Citrus fruits on the mid palate, with a slightly creamy texture and a salty finish. Refreshing; with the right note of depth and complexity. (FC)
