Score 87-89/100 · Jeb Dunnuck, Dec 2022
Offering an exotic, complex, spicy style, the 2021 Saint Joseph is medium-bodied and has plenty of ripe red berry fruits, firmer tannins, and a good finish. It's a solid, complex, almost old school-styled wine from this estate that should have 7-8 years of longevity.

Score 16/20 · Drink 2025-2032, Alistair Cooper MW, jancisrobinson.com, Oct 2022
Malolactic conversion in barrels then racked. 18 months in fine-grain oak barrels (10% new). Cask sample. Tasted blind. Red fruits with zesty fresh acidity, pepper, smoke and violets on the palate. Very fine tannins and mulberry fruit on the palate. Very light and once the tannins integrate should drink well. (AC)
