Score 87-89/100 · Drink 2022-2030, Neal Martin, Dec 2020
The 2019 Chassagne-Montrachet En Pimont has superior delineation and mineralité compared to the regular Village. Lemon and thyme are mixed with light white peach aromas and crushed stone. The palate is well balanced with a tangy passion fruit and orange cordial opening, lightly honeyed with a viscous finish that just detracts from its potential tension. Not bad overall though.
