The palate is taut and fresh with crisp salinity, modest depth, and a touch of spice towards the classically styled finish. Enjoy this over the next decade.
Aromas of white flowers, crisp stone fruit and clear honey preface the 2021 Chablis 1er Cru Vosgros, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping wine underpinned by racy structuring acids. Concluding with a saline, delicately honeyed finish, this is a strong performer in Droin's portfolio this year.
