2015 Pinot Gris

Deiss's 2015 Pinot Gris is clear and fresh on the nose, with concentrated lemon aromas intertwining with crushed limestone flavors. Rich, round and intense on the palate, this is a full-bodied, clear and mineral Pinot with a vital acidity and a lingering salinity. The wine is semi-dry and reveals a very fine tannin structure. It is more clear and fresh on nose and palate than the 2013 due to less botrytis, but more overripe grapes instead.
