Tasting notes
The 2018 Coeur à Coeur, Peter Michael's Sémillon/Sauvignon Blanc blend, is a wild, exotic wine. Graphite, passionfruit, dried herbs, pineapple, chamomile and mint give the bouquet its seductive allure. There is so much going on here. Time in the glass releases the fruit as the wine gains richness and resonance. The 2018 is a fabulously complex wine for the dinner table. I loved it.

The 2018 Coeur a Coeur is composed of 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Semillon. It opens with a stunning floral nose of jasmine and blackcurrant blossoms with a core of white peaches, lemon curd and fresh hay. The full-bodied palate has a gorgeous creaminess to the texture and fantastic tension with the lively backbone driving the long, perfumed finish. 1,77 cases were made.
