Tasting notes
The 2017 Meursault Bois de Blagny has a clean, fresh, slightly marine-scented bouquet with hints of praline in the background. The palate is fresh on the entry with a slightly creamy entry and fine acidity. Sedate and a little reticent toward the finish, but it displays commendable length.

Quite intense and floral on the nose. Sweet start. Rather easy. Lemon-barley water? (JR)
The 2017 Meursault Bois de Blagny Vieilles Vignes is excellent, unfurling in the glass with a lively bouquet of crisp green apples, white flowers and citrus oil. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, elegantly textural and incisive, the vintage's fleshy fruit tempered by tangy acids, displaying good depth and tension at the core and a long, precise finish. This cuvée hails from a parcel replanted in 2006.
