Elegant nose of framboise sweet liqueur and Cassis, roasted pine cones plus a touch of leather. Bright fresh acidity, soft tannins and ample body, harmonious; beautiful red berry and forest floor aromas with a hint of violet. great length lasting minutes. A balanced and finesse-rich wine.

The 2010 Pinot Noir Passion offers a quite open, even somewhat oxidative bouquet of (dried) plums and cherries, cinnamon, dried bacon, mushrooms and algae. On the palate, this is a round, intense and smooth but elegant Pinot that is pretty developed and not made to stay for another decade. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in January 2022.
