Tasting notes
High toned nose of fresh herb, mineral, spice and dried flowers over dark berry fruits and forest floor. Palate is stunningly pure, weightless, finely structured around an ethereal core of blackcurrant, palate staining flavor on the finish.

Barrel sample. 80% in Brochon. Light to mid cherry red. A little darker and a touch smoky, more peppery darker fruit. Elegantly aromatic. Very fine grip, juicy and yet dry in the texture. Classic Gevrey in a light, elegant mode. (JH)
