2014 Signature

The 2014 Signature is composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec. Opening to a full-flavored and layered expression, this Cabernet blend fills out the nose with generous dark fruit, toasty oak, mocha and juicy black plum. The palate shows an impressive restraint and finesse without being overly stretched, showing a soft herbal edge that is well-integrated. the wine is full-bodied, balanced and beautifully structured, and the finish shows well-managed tannins that are neatly folded into the expression with precision. Have patience and decant when you open this bottling. It has the structure and finesse to carry it past its 15th birthday.
