The 2018 emerges from two parcels totaling 1.2 hectares in the Pied d'Aloup climat, the highest part of Montée de Tonnerre, which likely explains its energy, brightness and focus. Citrus, white flowers, crushed rocks, white pepper and chalk add striking aromatic top notes to this finely sculpted Chablis. I loved it.
