Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Round Pond Vineyard has a deep garnet-purple color and is scented of warm black cherries, boysenberries and fresh blackcurrants with hints of bay leaves, cast-iron pan, allspice and dried mint with a touch of crushed rocks. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers mouth-filling, crunchy black fruits, framed by ripe, grainy tannins and oodles of freshness, finishing long with a minty kick.
Smoky black fruits, tobacco, candied violets, and chocolate notes all emerge from the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Round Pound Vineyard, which has a plush, sexy style that still carries plenty of underlying structure, beautiful balance, and a great finish.
