Tasting notes
A new wine in this range, 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Peterson Family Vineyard packs a serious punch. Inky dark fruit, chocolate, spice, new leather and licorice give this brooding, backward Cabernet tons of character and complexity. Huge, muscular tannins wrap around it all, adding to a feeling of gravitas. The 2018 is not exactly subtle, but it certainly has a lot to offer.
