Tasting notes
The 2019 Chablis Les Grands Terroirs is lovely, bursting with aromas of crisp yellow orchard fruit, citrus oil, warm bread and orange blossom. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and precise, with bright acids and a long, intensely mineral finish, it's the usual blend of Les Parges, Chapelot and Les Cartes.

Three plots on the left and right banks. Scented with grapefruit and crushed white rocks. Nicely dusty on the nose. On the palate, this has all the stoniness of Chablis and an attractive herbal edge that is more fresh than bitter. Mouth-watering and absolutely classic Chablis, with a long finish. (JH)
