Tasting notes
The 2019 Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières (Domaine Louis Jadot) reveals aromas of white flowers citrus zest and toasted nuts, framed by a light touch of youthful reduction. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, it's concentrated and mineral, concluding with a long, chalky finish.

The 2019 Meursault Les Perrières 1er Cru has the most malic of Jadot’s Meursault Premier Crus tasted, crushed rock and gunflint scents infusing the green apple aromas. The palate is well balanced with good acidity and focus, displaying fine weight but just needing a little more precision and detail toward the finish. At the moment, the Genevrières demonstrates more breeding and sophistication.
About the producer

Louis Jadot is arguably the most consistent négociant house in Burgundy. It has managed to straddle both the entry-level and fine wine market, while retaining respect in both.
