Score 92/100 · Drink 2022-2042, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jan 2021
The 2019 Meursault 1er Cru Clos Richemont is the first rendition of a newly acquired monopole chez Boillot, and it has turned out nicely, bursting with notes of pear, beeswax, nutmeg, woodsmoke and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, ample and lively, it can't match the concentration of the house's Perrières or Gouttes d'Or, but it's very charming in its more open-knit style.
