Tasted blind. Very pale strawberry pink. Very pretty nose that went a bit sweaty in the glass. Then fresh and almost green on the palate. The palate is like a white wine! A bit young. (JR)

The NV Extra Age Brut Rosé is a blend of Bouzy Pinot Noir and Côte des Blancs Chardonnay from the vintages 2002, 2004 and 2005, and includes 4% of Bouzy Pinot Noir red wine. This is a full and generously fruity, but also fresh and finesse-full Champagne of great elegance and balance. Disgorged in December 2014, the bouquet indicates a certain maturity, but on the palate, this is a full, intense, fresh and elegant cuvée that is round enough for a good ageing.
