From one of the longtime pillars of the Vineyard Brands portfolio, the 2016 Pinot Gris Cuvée St. Catherine offers an off-dry, balanced, forward style to go with delicious notes of ripe pineapple, peach, and sugared mint. This beauty is going to shine on the dinner table, as well as be incredibly versatile.

RS 12 g/l. Very rich and round with a smoky element. A tiny bit fat, but perhaps that is in the nature of PG? Off dry with good tension on the end. Still quite chewy. (JR)

The opposite of the showy Alsace pinot gris cliché. Creamy-dreamy with a great balance of ripe fruit, silky acidity and a long subtle finish. Already delicious, but with at least a decade ahead of it.
