Bottled. Mid crimson. Dark-red fruit and a touch smoky and spicy on the nose. Mouth-wateringly fresh but balanced by excellent fruit intensity. Gently chewy and utterly moreish. (JH)

The 2017 Gevrey-Chambertin Village has a clean blackberry, raspberry and iodine bouquet that has purity and charm. The juicy, forward palate is rounded and supple on the entry, displaying fine acidity and a soft landing on the finish. Built to be enjoyed in its youth.
