Tasting notes
The 2018 Chablis Bougros Grand Cru has a delectable nose, exquisitely defined and featuring vivid citrus lemon, apricot and subtle hazelnut scents; a touch of crushed stone becomes evident with aeration. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. So much energy is coiled up in this Chablis, and the captivating, mineral-driven finish really gets the most out of this Grand Cru vineyard. Superb.

The 2018 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros has turned out nicely, offering up aromas of fresh peach, citrus oil and blanched almonds, followed by a full-bodied, satiny and layered palate that's lively and nicely concentrated, with bright acids and a mineral finish.
The 2018 Chablis Bougros Grand Cru is a gorgeous wine. Silky, plush and nuanced, the Bougros has so much to offer. Apricot jam, pastry, brioche, baked apple and a kiss of French oak build as the Bougros shows off its alluring personality. In the glass, the 2018 is supple and racy, with superb textural richness and a long, persistent finish. The Bougros is done entirely in oak, and the wood is impeccably balanced. This is such a pretty wine.
