This is both more elegant but also more restrained with its hoisin-infused red cherry, sandalwood and tea aromas on the floral scented nose. The impressively rich, concentrated and opulent flavors possess a suave and velvety mouthfeel before culminating in a robust and powerful if somewhat rustic and warm finale. Even so, this mildly austere effort is not without potentially considerable appeal provided one is wiling to wait.
