The 2017 Bourgogne Aligoté had a clean and precise nose with flecks of white chocolate and almond shavings; honeysuckle scents emerge later. The palate has fine weight with sour lemon and apricot. Effortless and quite intense with telltale Coche reduction on the finish. Excellent.
