One of the high points of the range is the 2018 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Côte de Bouqueyreaux, an excellent rendition of this steep-sloping, stony site within the larger climat of Bougros. Revealing aromas of green apple, pear and mint mingled with oyster shell and lemon oil, it's full-bodied, satiny but tensile, with a vibrant, tight-knit core, excellent concentration and a long, racy finish.

This is a very steep site at the bottom of the vineyard that has a very succulent and defined, more athletic and dynamic feel. The fleshiness is here, but thereâs a big pull of acidity too. Great extract here. So powerful. Only Piuze and Fèvre bottle this. Drink or hold.
