Pale gold. Lively aromas of tangerine, pear and white flowers, with a zesty mineral overtone and a hint of ginger. Racy and precise on the palate, offering sharply focused citrus and orchard fruit flavors that stretch out slowly with air. Weightier and broader on the finish, with the ginger and pear notes echoing.

A step up over the generic Crozes, the 2013 St Peray le Mialan has solid richness, pretty tropical, tangerine and peach aromas and flavors, and bright acidity in its medium-bodied profile. It's beautifully made and should be consumed over the coming couple of years.
