Score 93/100 · Drink 2017-2021, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Feb 2017
The 2011 Brut Zero Rosé is an immensely pleasing wine. And wine is the operative word here, as the Brut Zero Rosé is rich and vinous in all of its dimensions. Fermentation in oak adds volume, while the personality of the vintage is felt in a decidedly exotic expression of fruit. Far from an easygoing Rosé, the 2011 is built for the dinner table. The only thing the 2011 could use is a more refined bubble, but it has more than enough going for it to compensate. The 2011 is 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay.
