2015 Rosso di Montalcino Ignaccio

The simpatico 2015 Rosso di Montalcino Ignaccio is packed with spirit and spunk. It shows a level of floral intensity that is really very special. Rose hip, violet and sweet honeysuckle converge on the bouquet like potpourri. In the mouth, the wine is beautifully polished and silky. This less formal expression of Sangiovese gives you lots of valid and exciting talking points (that will keep the conversation flowing over a classic Tuscan pasta dish). There is a touch of white pepper that gives the wine a savory touch on the close. Only 8,500 bottles were made.
