Tasting notes
The 2017 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru is broad, ample and creamy. Dried flowers, citrus peel, chamomile and spice all grace this super-expressive, inviting wine. The 2017 will drink well with minimal cellaring, although it clearly has the depth to develop nicely in bottle for a number of years.

Aromas of lemon, mandarin, oyster shell and white flowers introduce the 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume, a medium to full-bodied, charming and supple wine with good depth at the core, lively acids and a precise, distinctly saline finish.
A very fresh and fine nose with lemon-drenched, crushed stones, making a striking impression of Chablis terroir. The palate has a very fresh, grapefruit and lemon core with flinty nuances and a build to richer green mangoes at the finish. This is very good. Drink or hold.
