This is very tight and linear with brightness and richness and so much strawberry and cherry character. Medium to full body, bright acidity and a vivid finish. Linear. Drinkable, but better after 2022.

38 barrels. In foudre for a month. Three hectares. Seven parcels to try to show the landscape of the appellation. Expressive so he had to take it out of barrel sooner. Sweet cherry, pure fruited. Juicy but with a firm depth and just a hint of pepper. Generous yet has a tight freshness on the finish. Succulent and moreish. (JH)
