Moone-Tsai's 2015 Chardonnay (Napa Valley) offers an appealing combination of bright fruit supported by a good bit of phenolic intensity. Pineapple, orange zest, white flowers, mint and chamomile are all nicely pushed forward in this attractive, nicely balanced Chardonnay.

The 2015 Chardonnay gives up notes of fresh peaches, ripe pears and apple pie with touches of cashews, honeycomb and cedar. Medium-bodied, refreshing and elegantly played in the mouth, it gives great intensity and vibrancy with a lovely long, citrus-laced finish. 508 cases were made.

The 2015 Chardonnay Charles Heintz Vineyard is scented of ripe grapefruit, green mango, lemon tart and lightly buttered toast with a waft of beeswax. Medium-bodied, fine, refreshing and with a lovely suggestion of creaminess to the texture, it has lovely tropical and stone fruit flavors in the mouth and a good, long finish.
