Tasting notes
The 2017 Girolate Blanc is a lovely, understated white laced with the essence of tangerine peel, mint, yellow flowers and passionfruit. Time in the glass brings out pretty tropical accents. Drink it over the next few years.

The Girolate 2017 Blanc gives up peaches and lemon curd notes with hints of spiced pears, ginger and baking bread. Medium-bodied and elegant, with lovely purity, it finishes long and spicy.
The 2017 Girolate Blanc has a very attractive bouquet with yellow flower and passion fruit aromas. The palate is soft and plush on the entry. The acidity is not too high, the finish quite voluminous with tropical tones. Easy drinking and pretty seductive.
The 2017 Girolate Blanc has a clean and pure bouquet with white flowers, almond and light gravel scents that gain intensity with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a slightly resinous opening, a keen thread of acidity and a touch of spice (ginger and lemongrass) that develops towards the finish. This is a delightful white Bordeaux AC.
