Score 84-86/100 · Drink 2018-2021, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Dec 2017
The 2016 Bourgogne Blanc, which comes exclusively from Puligny-Montrachet (though it will be supplemented by a new acquisition in Chassagne from 2017), was not touched by frost, as the vines were protected by fog coming down from Meursault. It had a quite rich bouquet with hints of dried honey and quince. The palate is fresh on the entry with a crisp bead of acidity, slightly waxy in texture, although I would have preferred a little more detail and precision on the finish.
