Score 91/100 · Drink 2017-2027, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Aug 2017
The 2015 Chablis Cuvee Emeraude comes from three hectares of 45-year-old vines and spent 15 months in stainless steel. It has a vibrant, mineral-driven, marine-influenced bouquet that, frankly, puts many of its peers to shame. The palate is well balanced with a fresh opening, quite saline in the mouth with a harmonious and quite mineral-driven finish that lingers. Very fine. This comes highly recommended.
