Score 90/100 · Drink 2017-2025, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Aug 2017
The 2016 Chablis Villages comes from 15- to 60-year-old vines and is raised entirely in stainless steel. It has an attractive bouquet with cold granite, white flowers and a touch of sea spray that gains intensity with time in the glass. The palate is well balanced with a fine thread of acidity, harmonious and with good body. It delivers just enough mineralité and sense of place on the finish to seal what is a finely made Chablis.
