2007 Arbois Vin Jaune

I also tasted the 2007 Vin Jaune produced from Savagnin Vert grapes which showed much better than the last time I tasted it, it seems to have taken of weight with time in the bottle, the nose is a lot more developed, and more in line with what I expected from a vintage like 2007. The flavors are focused and pungent, with classical aromas and flavors of morels, nuts and curry. When I commented my experience with the previous bottle, Jean-François told me he never used any Diam closures, so I doubt what I tasted the previous time... This is now in line with previous vintages and my experience with Ganevat's Vin Jaune.
